Looking for JSC 1:400 USS Intrepid

I started working on this model around 15 years ago and decided that I need to finish it. After trying to figure out where I left off I realized that I lost the remaining dark blue pieces. :(

I googled for JSC Intrepid but only found the JSC website and the model was "out of stock".

Does anyone have a pdf of the blue parts that I could use?
