Just a head I did.
Stuck it on top of a dress makers manikin with my daughter's Bike jacket.
I only did the head full size. No intention of doing the entire body.
I used card stock for the head, but printed a separate copy on regular paper and used that to put the gluetabs under the surface to get a smooth finish. I also colored the edges with red pen and black pen as needed.
I also tried to get a smooth curved surface rather than flat polygons. Got pretty close.
