Zeppelin Rammer- another hotel build

And so it goes again. I am keeping busy building simple 1/48 scale models in my hotel while on TDY in Montreal.





This time it is another of X Crafts little kits.



The rammer is another one of the Luft 46 desparate designs. This one is supposed to have rammed allied bombers and disable them.

This method had some success by the Soviets against the Germans early in the war, but mostly was used with the prop cutting the control surfaces. In any case it was a nutty tactic with dubious results.







The kit



Nothing really to say other than it is super simple and comes in two pages of which only half a page contains the parts. There is a crude cockpit, but I decided to omit it as it was so simple that it made no sense to build it.
