Problem with the Dale E. No.3 car

This is a model from americanpapercars.com I found a while back. I have been looking at and trying to figure out how the frame of the body gets folded. I took a shot and now I'm more lost. Has any one else made one of these models? On the sheet I'm working on is labeled as part 1. This is the frame of which everything is glued upon. I would really appreciate any suggestions. It's a model for a close friend. Thank you. wc
