Hi all,
this time I have chosen a small, simple kit: The narrow-gauge railway engine (Feldbahndiesellok) Deutz OMZ 117. It was constructed in the forum 'Kartonist' by Gunnar Dannehl and offered for free download. I build it somewhat reduced in scale about 1:50.
The locomotive is about 6 cm long, 4.5 cm high and the gauge 1.2 cm (these are then 600 mm original measure, great, how exactly Gunnar designed the model). Building it gave me a lot of fun.
Original engines of this type were built in the 1930s, some are still running.
Regards
Dieter
