Deja Vu all over again as the late Yogi Berra said. Went out to Tulare, CA to see my

house again and maybe do some more work on it. First time I'd been back since I discovered it had been broke into with a lot of books and models gone. Well in spite of boarding up the broken windows and not having much in there I would consider worth stealing, I was wrong on both counts. And maybe because of the previous and changing all the locks, etc. they made a real mess getting in and what they didn't take pretty much dumped everything into a big pile and destroyed another window along with the window mounted ac unit. As the final blow the back of the garage that faces into the alley got tagged with the South Tulare Locos emblems about 5 ft high indicating this is their territory. I gathered up what was still left and put it into a storage unit there and came back to AZ. Seriously considering walking away from the place. Already lost between 3 to 5 thousand dollars worth of stuff. Because its becoming real obvious that even when I move over there that if I decide to take off for a week to visit, do a show, etc.; if I don't have Ft. Knox security I'm going to come back to a ripped off place. Or it could just get torched like the house that had been next door. Don't want to deal with that crap, that's why I'm retiring.
