Another new guy here... Found this site and have been looking through all the way cool builds and thought, well why not try it out.
I'll admit to liking aviation but I think my real interest is in railways, like industrial and steam the best. I would love to learn how to build some realistic wagons and locos. I found a Polish company called Modelik that had some really nice card kits but not sure if they sell to the US or if they are available elsewhere. They have one called a GLS 30 with two skips I liked but I'm sure are beyond my ability even if I can find one.
Would also like to try modeling some industrial steam engines if I ever get the skills. A beam engine would be neat I think.
