This year during my European vacations for the first time ever I made sure to visit one of the largest card modeling competition shows held each year in Przeciszow. A small town in Southern Poland. Mid of September 3 days long event is something to behold for everyone who enjoys this form of pastime hobby. Although not officially confirmed Ive been told there were around 700 entries this year.
For the first time in conjunction with paper contest, NAVIGA class C was also held resulting in around 10 plastic ship models mostly in 1/700 and 1/350 scales were entered into competition.
I am a ship guy so most of my time I spent cruising between two rooms on the second floor filled with ship models. Their quality was mesmerizing. I havent took too many photos, although I made around 20 minutes long video but havent had enough time to prep it for YouTube yet. Instead you can see photos taken by others here http://ift.tt/2cA6iWj
and a decent video here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mWSvCUwK29w
If you guys ever visit Poland during the September dont forget about this show. Its well worth your time and will motivate your paper addiction for years to come...:)
