It´s been a while ... almost a year without any remarkable modelling ...
I had to retrain my clumsy fingers in handling scissors and glue.
For that purpose i choose a model not overly complex and with mostly larger parts ;)
So, the last weeks i built the Polar Aviation variant of the Antonov AN-2, designed by the german publisher MDK (Mitteldeutscher Kartonmodellverlag).
I built straight away from the kit, without any extras. I didn´t cut out the windows in the fuselage and cockpit, which can be done of course.
Although the wings are square shaped (without any complicated geometry), and therefore should be easyly formed and folded, i managed to "add" some light dents to the front edges ... ... yep, still need some practice ...
Anyhow, the ANNA is now finished and on its way to the north pole :)
