Under circumstances (again), little more than two years I had no possibility for modeling. Now I will be trying to return to paper. I remember, that my previous project suspended at the half way to finish, but after long delay, I wanted to get easier prototype.
I choose the Steam Wheeled Tank: I found information about it at landships.info and the color blueprint at wardrawings.be.
But the model became as not easy as that.
By first, it has simple hull, but complicated wheels.
By second, looking at the single known photo, I decided to make two corrections for the blueprint. My version is little shorter and the hull’s bottom has a slope at its back.
I could not understand the back roller design, so this unit may be incorrect. In addition, it seems to be weak, but I had no other ideas about it.
Maybe, the next modeler will make next changes (or will correct my mistakes).
Main wheels – the most complicated units in this model. The set will contain two versions: the first represents the real wheels and the second is easier for assembling.
I made the first version, with cut off holes and added lugs.
