Red arrow repaint ???????

I have a question . I could find the model of the ..RAF red arrow but i was wondering if it can be done in a repaint with the 50th anniversary edition. I dont know if this would go against copyrights?????
i just want it for my personal use at home.... my problem is i cant repaint nor know how to even start...SOOOOOOOO....
I AM KINDLY ASKING ....if anyone could even do this or would want to for me ...just thought i would ask ...on here and hoping maybe ...if it can be done ..if someone would... PLEASE PLEASE :) THANK YOU ...PAM
