Question on publisher

I swear to whatever powers that be,that I saw a cardmodel of the Soviet 2A3 Kondensator 2P nucular self propelled howitzer. I've searched the Net to no avail.
I "think" it was one of the "bigger" publishers, Fly Model or GPM.
Does anyone have any info?
