What to do?

I have finally reached a point with my ostioarhtrits wher i can no longer use my cutting tools. I am left handed an my left hand and arm has failed . I have stopped modeling which i found helpful in the past in dealing with my pain. Now i dont know what to do.. When you can no longer do the things you love it starts to get pretty dark outside. I was already plagued with a painful disability that prevented me from sitting but the modeling kept me in a good place. This arthritis thing has just knocked me for a loop. I dont know what i expect to get from this post but for you guys and gals who are healthy, enjoy it because it can turn on a dime. I havnt been around much of late so i have missed a lot, but i think i will stick around and at least continue to enjoy all your work. Maybe that way i can still offer suggestions from the experience i have drawn from you all over the years. I am trying to find a surgical solution at present so far insurance issues have prevented that. Thank you O'Boma.
