Trouble with flatery and Sketchup

Hello

i got a new laptop (WIN8......dam!)

And willing to instal Sketchup+flatery plugin

I follow simply all the step wrote on Flatery website

but it doesn't work, did someone ever get this trouble?

and how to fix if can be?
