USS Freedom or USS Fort Worth?

Anyone aware of any card models available of the LCS ships USS Freedom (in its dazzle camo scheme) or the USS Fort Worth? (I know Ecardmodels has the USS Freedom, but it is in the launch scheme with a Neutral Gray hull.)
