Hello everybody hope you're having a good day.
I started on a Russian submachine gun/personal defense weapon. It is produced by KPB Instrument Design Bureau. It is chambered in 9×19mm Parabellum, and specifically designed to utilize the new Russian 9×19mm 7N21 and 7N31 (Cyrillic: 7Н21 and 7Н31) +P+ armor-piercing versions of the cartridge. This is intended to give the PP-2000 armor-piercing capability comparable to the FN P90 and Heckler & Koch MP7 personal defense weapons while also being able to use common 9mm Parabellum rounds. It really looks weird but what intrigued me about it is the way you cock the gun (by pulling the metal rod above the barrel) and the fact that you can pull the folding stock out and insert a 44 round magzine in the back which acts like a stock but also as a spare magazine. I intend to mechanise it as well but there is very little info on the guns internals. I did find a russian manual for the PP but it's hard to understand it and harder to figure out what does what so i guess im on my own on this one.
