Hi guys, a quick thread for those who want to know how to rescale models in Inkscape.
First off, before I made this thread I rescaled Murphy's Tupolev Tu-114 from its original
1:104 to 1:100.
(Ignore the blue lines, I am just vectoring the Tupolev).
BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING, SELECT ALL THE PARTS YOU WANT RESCALED (AS SHOWN BELOW).
Here is the logic I use to rescale, it works and is actually very easy.
Here is the box that does all the rescaling, you need to click on that
lock to make sure all perimeters are locked and will rescale accordingly.
When you rescale, click on the drop down box and make sure its on the "percentage" box.
MAKE SURE TO TYPE THE RESCALED VALUE INTO THE (H) BOX
If everything is done correctly, you should come across something like this.
I hope this was easy to understand, if not message me.
