Philippine IPMS resists acknowledging Papermodelling as worthy as Plastic Modellers?

Recently i just got into a squall against three IPMS members in my Area, they posted invitation on our World of Tanks Philippines Modelling Page about the Philippine IPMS nationals.

i then entered the suggestion of integrating a Papermodelling Category.

And i was met with scorn, discrimination and intense mockery.


Have you experienced the same from other IPMS leagues?

Do you think this is even a correct kind of attitude to display?

i have seen in past years other IPMS USA allowing Papermodels...

Is the IPMS Philippines chapter even connected to all other IPMS chapters?

these three call paper model in IPMS is like entering a Prius into a Ferrari Club.
