no general Discussion area?

Am I blind, or is there no general discussion (paper model related) section?

I mean theres plenty of genre/topic sections.
And theres a whole bunch of paper modelling sub-topic specific areas.

And of course we have the "off-topic" area (the Cardboard Lounge)

But I was just gonna post a very general model related post,
not specific to any topic (like aircraft, or tanks, etc)
and not specifically any sort of instructional topic...
but I couldn't decide where to put it.

Either I missed it or you do not have a on-topic paper modeling related section
thats non-specific to any topic, subject or instructional sub-topic.
