I bought this kit in 1998 on our first trip to Prague. I have been putting off making it because of the number of parts and because it looks complicated, mainly due to the number of parts squashed onto each of the 12 pages
The instructions are in English and there are only two pictures of the building, with all the part numbers around the outside - it's almost impossible to follow the lines to the parts! The instructions look good and in typical RV style parts are not used in numerical order. For example, part 1 is the front wall and parts added to the wall are numbers 18, 19 32 etc. So far I have added about 32 parts to this one wall! Most of the added parts are the windows that are added from the inside, so the instructions continue with part 2 (another wall) and its windows, then part 63 and more windows.
I have deviated from the instructions and have also added the window frames and other imbelishments to the outside. I will leave staircases and other larger parts till later as these extend across more than one wall section.
The kit was published around 1991 and is printed on the typical thick card of the time.
Bring back the good old days !!!!
Cheers
Mike
