HMV (Fentens) contact

I've tried lots of times to contact Fentens re: the HMV Club. I signed up for the 2014 which I recieved, then in Jan, I received a form letter. I don't know if its bill for 2015 and I need to pay or its receipt (although nothing posted to the bank).



Any one have good contact info for Fentens?
