Hi all, this is my first Train build, and my knowledge on trains is very limited, but I wanted to build something fun and different, so I decided to build the Swayze Express. Now correct me if I'm wrong but I think its the A-B set of a F-Unit. Now here is the dilemma I could not find a kit out there, so I have scavenged the internet to get some blue prints and hopefully I will be able to build something from there. I have scratch built models like this before just have a look at my diesel rat rod on this site and you will get an idea how I will attempt this build.
For those that don't know what the Swayze Express is. It's a LGB size model train featured on The Trailer Park Boys. They used this train to carry contraband across the Canadian and US border, and it apparently belonged to the late Patrick Swayze.
Now here is my second dilemma, there are only a couple pictures on the internet of this model, so I have to watch clips on you tube and pause to get the details. Now if any of you could please help me with this build any help will be appreciated pics of the Swayze Express or F-unit locomotives.
