Being a only card modeling for a few years, I have been constructing my models as per the instructions and building every thing in position.
Now as a quest to improve with every model I have been thinking is this the best way to work, or as I have noticed on this and other forums some modelers build sub components all fully detailed, and then place them where they need to be. Do you think there is an advantage to this, or is it just the the way some of you like to work. I am sorry if this has been talked about before, and I hope it doesn't fall into the realms of "Dumb question". I thought that it would be nice to here others comments, especially those who design and write the instructions.
