Ordering from GPM

I placed my first order with GPM this past Saturday. I used a credit card and received a confirmation from Polcard showing payment processed and from my bank showing payment pending. GPM shows unpaid. I tried to use the contact form on their site but it said to "Type the code on the right" which i do not see. Am I being impatient or does there appear to be a problem?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
