I/144 Morser Karl

I decided to go to a smaller scale just for kicks (this one is not part of my bucket list, just a present for a colleague called Karl!),. Various objects were used in making this model. The wheels are medicinal pills, just happened to be the right size, barrel was a piece of a pen, the rifling inside the barrel was Reynolds wrap worked on with a scribing tool, stretched sprue was used extensively on the railings. I found a bunch of 1/144 German figures which were a welcome addition (normally I do not use figures on my models) The shell was a ball point cut to size ,filled with milliput and had holes poked in. By the way the tracks are my signature mark...I use cross stitch material cut to the right width, they make very nice skeleton type German tracks, I use elastic band with the ribs running perpendicular to the edge for Russian and Tiger tank types...another post for that.
