Elephant Pagoda

Found this and decided to slowly build it.

Started building from the ground up but when the rear pillar was glued to the base and capped I thought that getting the front and rear legs of the elephant to match the span on the platforms capping the pillars might be a problem. So the elephant was constructed, the front pillar glued to the base, then the pillar cap was glued to the front legs of the elephant. The elephant with the pillar cap was then glued to the parts already on the base. Worked out OK. There is no alignment clues as to the position of the pillar caps so I just tried to make sure there were even overhangs around the perimeter of the pillar. The caps are slightly larger in diameter than the pillars.
