Lately I have been working on the theme model's for my local club meetings. Every other month there is a theme. I built the Maksart Toros for August's animal theme and decided to start on something for October's Orange and Black theme.
After reviewing my inventory, I found two orange models and picked the lesser of the two so I have a good chance of meeting my deadline.
So without further ado here is the beginning of an orange tow truck.
First Issue is there is no legend for determining laminating marks (stars). There are one, two and three stars marked and then there are a few parts with specific mm thicknesses. The written instructions are few and translating some of them does not tell me anything useful. Measuring some of the locating marks has lead me to believe the star markings correspond to: * - Bristol, ** - 0.5 mm and *** - 1 mm. Hope I'm right...
Second issue is the paper Answer uses. It has enough of a gloss that it does not take my Aleene's well, so I have to use Crafter's Choice which I find harder to work with.
