Inspired by a photo in Dave's Koolwheelz thread, I went in search of PH3DM's model.

You can find it at http://ift.tt/29zpIdL. I didn't build it earlier because there is an overlapping parts issue in the pdf.
So, I fixed the file and ended up with

Even though I had enlarged by 10%, it is still too small for 28mm, and it is really dark.
So I enlarged by another 20% and selectively adjusted brightness and contrast. I wasn't going for the IRobot car, just wanted a futuristic car that looks pretty sharp.
Ended up with this

Could have done a better job, if I'd taken my time, but when I see a model that captures curviness this well, I sometimes do a quick couple of changes in Gimp and try it out. I doubt I'll go back and fix the errors, but for a quick repaint (although it was really just changing contrast and brightness), and a quick build, I'm pretty happy with it.
