Problems with Answer.pl

I am currently have issues with Answer, ordered kits delivery 4-5 weeks paid via paypal after 6 weeks no kits raised a dispute, the company replied that I had stopped the money I did not, I complained that after 6 weeks where are my kits, constanltey sending emails in english and polish get very few replies, it is the start of the 9th week and still no kits.

Is this normal for this company? or are they just so laid back that they treat their customers with contempt?
