enlarging the diagram

i wish to enlarge a diagram , which is in pdf.

can i use the --print large tiles--option (which then shows multiple A4 pages) and select percentage as 150% , 200% ....

if i select 200% , would i get it in double size, in so many A4 pages? and would it be accurate?
