I thought I'd seen a review of this model on the forum, but I can't find it.
Just in case I've missed it I'll just add a few pictures and comments. I'm sure the review said that the kit had been scanned to a bigger scale, mine is the original scale of 1:250.
It may sound odd, but it seems as if the designer is a ship designer. Generally a building designer included fewer embellishments whereas this kit has about four pages of add-ons like recessed windows and about three layers of frames, similar to the details usually seen on ship kits.
The basic kit is quite easy to put together because the fit is so good, however at this scale some parts are very "fiddly". For example the towers are just over an inch tall and made up of over 20 parts... each.
