B-25, The Mitchells, Murph's Models, Scale 1/40

My first attempt to test build three planes, the Mitchells, B-25 Mitchell, B-25J Gunship

and PBJ-1H, at the same time. All of them are reduced to 70% of the original

(to save paper and ink, fitting two pages on 1 A4 sheet, as I have always explained

in my beta build threads). Those you see are about 1/58 (11 inches long) and

you can have an idea of the size in their original scale of 1/40.

I have started building the brown one first and completed the fuselage excepting

the dorsal turret that is given a special treat. Yeah, rotating turret and tilting guns.

Here are the primary pictures of the B-25 and its engines, and the nose sections

of the PBJ and the Gunship.

Will take time-off for the next couple of days to do something else that need

be dealt with urgently. So, please bear with me.
