One of my users has just handed me his Bold, as he can't unlock it.
At the password screen, there's a "HE" symbol.
Trying to type in the password, it writes from right to left.
After a few errors, when it writes in clear-text, it looks like it's writing in Hebrew or similar non-Roman alphabet.
The password is in English, of course.
When it gets to "type BLACKBERRY to continue" then it types okay.
If I hold the <shift> down, it types okay in upper-case (but the password is lower-case, of course).
I can't get to it through Desktop Manager, as it won't let me connect while it's locked.
I've tried soft- and hard-reboot.
Any way around this?
