is the pinstack app still available for Android ?

I've looked on Google play and found nothing, then I try the link on the top right on pinstacks site and get led on a wild goose chase trying to specify what device I'm using and after spending so much time doing this and getting no where, I've given up. also any idea if it's available for Windows phone/mobile 8 ? (my planned upgrade device)
