Windows 8 Live Desktop Wall paper

Ok! So one of the things I loved about windows Vista was the ability to ad a theme to the operating system (like the old school bb themes), and live wallpaper on the desktop. I checked window 7pro and couldn't figured it out; now I have windows 8pro and am at a lost. So do any have any idea on the live wallpapers and the themes? #3901
