Hi all,
I'm new around here, so what better way to introduced myself then with my first build. Well not really my first, I've been building models of all sorts since I was a small child. Paper is relatively new to me, I've built a few aircraft, F-35, F/A-18C, the USS Enterprise from paperhobby. But, being from Arizona, and being retired navy, I've always had a soft spot for BB-39. So without further ado, here is night 1 progress on my USS Arizona. All printing complete, wife said I needed a new printer, so this was a good excuse. I printed the hull pieces on card stock, then used spray glue to glue them to poster board. Keel laid, some cross members in place. Looks like she's gonna be a little over 30 inches long when complete.
