Notifications not working again?

Back in November notifications stopped working and I had to unsubscribe and then resubscribe to the forums I follow.

A few weeks ago I stopped receiving notifications again. I have tried unsubscribing and subscribing again but am still not getting anything.

Is anyone else having this issue, and can someone help me with that?
