In Chapman's book Architectura Navalis Mercatoria I found a drawing of an ice boat. This was a Dutch invention: a boat on skates to explore the frozen Dutch landscape in a comfortable way.

Chapman explains:
Boat for sailing on the ice.
No. 10 is an Ice boat. A is a broad plank which is fastened to the keel by four iron bolts; beneath this are two runners BB shod with iron. D is a lever and attached to it is a pointed iron bolt for stopping the boat. When the lever is pressed down by the foot the bolt is pushed into the ice. As soon as the foot is lifted the arm, is raised by spring C.
No.11 Rigging of the ice boat
Note: No. 11 shows the very large sails of these boats.
It seemed a nice careful return to ship modelling after a heavy surgery. In a 1/77 scale the overall length of the boat is 10 cm, 4 inches. I'm sorry I cannot present a sharper image. Due to the weather there is not enough available light.
