...finally got this one finished!
It took a while, and I appreciate all the input here on the forums (regarding markings and colours).
This is a Mark 1 (P-47D) Thunderbolt of the RAF.
However, this is one of two Jugs that did not make it to Burma (where all the other RAF P47s went).
Instead, it stayed in England as a testing aircraft...and wore standard RAF colours.
I really like the larger and and more brightly coloured markings, thats why I went with this version.
