Hello to anyone interested in WW1 Aircraft Models, or just wanting to see outstanding models.
As well as being an avid paper modeler, I am also very interested in WW1 aircraft so I've been regularly visiting the forum at ww1aircraftmodels.com. They are mainly about plastic, resin, metal, wood, etc. but I just posted pics of my 1/33 scale paper Fokker D.VI which I'm currently repainting and heavily revising from a Marek kit. I also posted it here in early December, and there will be more progress to follow.
There has been a lot of excitement on their forum about the possibilities of paper modeling generated from my post. The Administrator has asked if I would like a new board started to feature Paper Models, and I would like to invite anyone interested to share their WW1 airplane models there. It's a great opportunity to show a new group of enthusiasts just what can be done in paper, and open up a new world to them.
Thanks, and I hope to see you over there,
George
