Is it possible?

I have a copy of Poser, which is a nice 3d rendering program, I was wondering if there is a way to take a model from it and use as a 3d model to create a paper model with. Or do I need to import it into something else before going into Pepakura? There are a few models in there that I would like to make into paper models but I'm lost.
