After finding the image below on Pinterest, I made this my # 1 project on my to do list.

I did some test of several ideas until I settled for the regular minion body from Paper Replika with the proper surfaces and a semi-full Stormtrooper helmet sized to fit my usual scale
I found a little Stormtrooper helmet, by Japanese designer Tomowo, on Pepakura Gallery and decided to start from there
You can find it in Tomowo's blog
I played a while re-sizing the helmet parts and ended up with one page with all the minion parts and one for the helmet parts.

After this, I started the assembly of the helmet and find out there were no detail instructions neither pictures of the process, specially for the mouthpiece.
I am including pictures of this part since the rest is very straightforward
You build the lower and back parts, once you have them glued, you take the "air filter" (square black part) and glue one side as shown:

Allow this to dry well, since some stress will be put on this area that will help to form the final shape of the helmet.
Once it is well dry, glue the other side of the "air filter" to the helmet, it should look like this:

Let it dry again. Now take the triangular shaped part and glue it from the back of the helmet.
Make sure you cut a small notch for the white part of the air filter to go trough, BEFORE APPLYING GLUE.
It should end up looking like this:

I do not want to exceed the number of pictures on one post, so I will continue on the next one.
Hope you are interested on this little fellow. :)
