Where did I get this kit?

Hi all



I have a file that I downloaded back in December of 2013

and the file name is rkc-op-peterbilt-simple.pdf and I have tried to google for it, but have been coming up empty.



It does require a password, which is why I am asking, I need to find the site so I can get the password and open the kit



I think it is a truck model, which is why I downloaded it.



If anyone else has this file, Puhlease, help me find the original site
