After a few weeks absence due to ill health (Big C) I needed something a bit bigger to ease myself back into snippin' again. Looking through my archives I came across some CARS figures, mostly, but not all by Webdude.
I downloaded these in 2008, along with some 'Wacky Races' and 'Chase that Pigeon' aircraft but have never got around to making any of them up. It also occurs to me that I've never seen pictures of any of them made up. Surely some of you must have had a go at them? I'd love to see them.
Anyway, here's my first effort ... Everyone's favourite crazy crock ... Tow Mater ...
Not so straightforward a model with only the PDO image to go by, and no hint of a build order. I needed to add quite a few tabs here and there, and remove a few that were doubled up, but all in all it's an excellent bit of design work.
Anyone looking for the files ... look for a thread posted by The Webdude, where he gives an access link to his archives.
