Recently I received a heads up from Rhaven Blaack that a new member on another site had pirated and uploaded one of my designs. It is very reassuring that the moderators on here and at Zealot have the backs of the designers and step in to stop the pirates out there. Many thanks for that.
Unfortunately the culprit did not want to help in removing the pirate copy amicably and I was forced to go in hard and heavy on the designer which led to many obscence and insulting emails from the person explaining what he thinks of me for doing that to him.
The stupid thing is I dont mind sharing the designs as long as the original designer is acknowledged and the download remains free like it is on this forum so one quick PM and there would have been no issues. I am more than happy to promote the hobby and expand access to the designs to as many people as possible but just as I will not take credit for another designers work all I want is the same respect for me and my designs.
