I have messed with several Ringtone makers and Ringtone Cutter has become my prime choice for this task. I have around 19,000 songs in my library, which I am slowly moving over to my Dropbox account, that I choose from.



The app is very simple and easy to use and has all I need to deal with making a new ringtone. Below is some screen shots from my device to give you a live look.
