App doesn't open

Got an app on my nokia 1020 running windows 8 and a weather app doesn't open from start screen. I've had the app on the phone now for over a week and no updates have been done to the phone or the app. It is called breez and I can open it from the menu just fine but when I click on the live tile it flips to the open the app and flips closed just as fast. Now it have been working fine up until today. I've reboot the phone twice and unpinned the app and repinned it with no luck. The only thing I've not done is uninstall it completely. Is this a normal thing with windows phones?
