Upload Problems

Can anyone tell me who to contact for upload problems? For a couple of months now, I have had problems uploading photos with a thread input. I am down to 1 photo per message now and I have to use the paper clip to get that to upload. If I try to add more than one photo, it tells me that there is a security marker missing and declines the upload. Tonight, I received a new message. I says that the Papermodelers page is not working and cannot support my request. Anybody got a solution or suggestion?
