What Paper Categories at a Contest?

I am booked to attend the Toronto Scale Model Show later this year.
Otherwise known as Ajax 37 Model Show.
And I have talked to the organizers about possibly adding some paper categories to their Judged competition.
Its only talk right now, but who knows.

Thought I might ask the opinion of you paper modellers...

if you were to attend a formerly "plastic" Scale Model event,
and new "Paper" Model Categories were made available,
what Categories would you suggest?

Assuming this was something like an IPMS event...plastic models...
and they had never hosted Paper Models before
but were interested in opening their doors to us.

And, they could tolerate only 3, maybe 4 Categories (specifically for Paper Models)
with the goal of encouraging involvement from any and all types of Paper Modellers.

What would you suggest those categories be?

For example...(Paper) Aircraft, Aviation, Aeronautics, etc

Remember, we have no idea what types of models will show up, if any.
And we have to cover as many bases as possible with only 3 (or 4) Awards..
