I realize that there's a google search and a youtube video that shows me exactly what I want, but an hour of searching and randomizing my keywords is leaving me still scratching my head. So please bear with me.
I have a Blender 3D model that is a pretty good representation of the spacecraft I want to recreate. Its a complete model and even includes textures, which while I wouldn't use entirely, some of the components are pretty accurate.
I know how to enter "Edit" mode and switch to "solid" view. Some faces I can select and others I cannot (the don't have a dot in the center of them).
How can I tell the dimensions of the "part" I've selected?
Well, let's start there anyhow. Any suggestions?
